MH48 VTOL Large-Load Gasoline Power Fixed-Wing Drone – FAQ

1. What are the key technical specifications of the MH48?

The MH48 is a hybrid VTOL fixed-wing UAV combining quadrotor lift with a fixed-wing cruise configuration. It has a fuselage length of 2.74 meters, wingspan of 4.8 meters, and a maximum takeoff weight of 64 kilograms. The drone supports a maximum payload of 15 kilograms (or up to 34 kilograms excluding fuel and batteries). It achieves an endurance of up to 9 hours (540 minutes) with a light payload and maintains a cruise speed of 37 meters per second. The MH48 can fly up to 4,800 meters altitude and withstand level 4 winds, with gust resistance up to level 6.

2. What materials and power system does the MH48 use?
The airframe is built from carbon fiber, glass fiber, Kevlar, and PVC composites, offering high strength and low weight. The drone employs a hybrid power system combining a gasoline engine for cruise with electric rotors for vertical takeoff and landing. This configuration enables long-endurance missions and reliable performance in diverse environments.

3. What missions and payload types is the MH48 designed for?
The MH48 is suitable for long-endurance missions, inspection, emergency communication, and aerial logistics. Its payload bay accommodates multispectral cameras, LiDAR systems, EO/IR gimbals, or communication relays, depending on operational needs. The aircraft’s hybrid propulsion and aerodynamic efficiency make it ideal for industrial, environmental, and security operations.

4. What are the available purchasing and payment options?
MotioNew accepts bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards for both institutional and enterprise orders. Pricing is available upon request, as configurations vary based on selected payloads, control systems, and export requirements. Bulk and OEM purchase agreements can be arranged directly.

5. Does MotioNew offer OEM or customization services for the MH48?
Yes. OEM customization includes branding, avionics integration, telemetry and communication systems, payload interfaces, and mission-specific software configuration.
Custom builds can be designed for research, inspection, or governmental projects.

6. What documentation and compliance materials are included?
Each MH48 is delivered with technical manuals, assembly diagrams, maintenance guides, and performance data sheets. The system complies with Chinese UAV export regulations and is certified for civilian and commercial use only. Use for military, warfare, or terrorist activities is strictly prohibited. MotioNew provides after-sales technical support, firmware updates, and operational training for clients worldwide.
