Description

H-RTK F9P Ultralight Overview

H-RTK F9P Ultralight is an ultra-lightweight RTK GNSS module with U-blox ZED-F9P, an IST8310 compass, and an integrated helical antenna. It is an all in one compact module, designed specifically for weight-conscious applications where every gram counts.

The H-RTK F9P Ultralight can receive and track multiple GNSS systems. Owing to the multi-band RF front-end architecture, all four major GNSS constellations (GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BDS) can be received concurrently. All satellites in view can be processed to provide an RTK navigation solution when used with correction data.

It can be configured for concurrent GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, QZSS, and SBAS reception to provide a high-performance position reporting and navigation solution. It provides exceptional sensitivity and acquisition times, and interference suppression measures enable reliable positioning even in difficult signal conditions.

FAQ – H-RTK F9P Ultralight GNSS & Compass

1. What is the H-RTK F9P Ultralight used for?
It’s a ultra-lightweight GNSS module combining high-performance satellite navigation and a compass, aimed at UAVs where weight matters.

2. What satellite systems and positioning accuracy does it support?
It receives GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BDS simultaneously and offers RTK precision of 1 cm + 1 ppm (horizontal) in suitable conditions.

3. What are some key physical and performance specs?
It weighs about 21.4 g, supports satellite tracking down to –163 dBm, and has Time-to-First‐Fix cold start under 35 s.

4. What dynamics and altitude constraints apply?
It can operate up to ~18,000 m altitude and ~515 m/s velocity, assuming platform acceleration stays under ~4 g.

5. What are the interfaces and content provided?
It comes with a cable, uses standard navigation data output (e.g., UART), and requires correct mounting for best performance.

6. Is it suitable for professional UAV systems?
Yes—its high-precision GNSS combined with compact size makes it suitable for advanced aerial applications such as surveying, inspection or industrial drones.
